As a social media specialist at Sunny, a period care company, I create video, photo and graphic content for our social media platforms. A large part of our strategy revolves around seamlessly integrating trending topics and pop culture to resonate with our main demographic: Gen-Z. Additionally, we create educational content about pertinent topics like sustainable period care, menstrual health, period poverty, and reproductive rights.

Using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and InShot, I craft scroll-stopping posts that invite the viewer into our brand story. My efforts have led to significant results, consistently garnering 5,000-3.6 million views per video on TikTok and Instagram Reels. 

I aid in orchestrating our multi-channel content calendars using Loomly and Miro to plan overarching content themes, schedule posts and write captions. In addition, I play a part in fostering community engagement by promptly responding to comments and direct messages and conducting 1-3 TikTok lives per week.
